Gas burner Primus Express
Primus Express is a light and durable collapsible burner for tourists who need light weight and compact equipment.
The burner is designed for use with threaded cylinders (epi-gas) with a self-sealing valve (Lindal B188), but with the help of a special adapter it is possible to use tourist cartridges with a collet connection (not included in the kit).
There is no built-in piezo ignition.
Three folding supports provide high stability and, when folded together, form a compact, pocket-sized structure.
A small cone-shaped camphor produces a narrow, wind-resistant, high-velocity flame.
The burner produces 2.6 kW (8850 BTU), it can boil 1 liter of water in a regular flat-bottomed cauldron in 2.3 minutes with a gas consumption of 7 grams.
With the help of one epi-gas 100 g gas cylinder, you can boil about 14.0 liters of water (the cylinder is not included).
To significantly increase the efficiency of your burner, it is advisable to additionally purchase a folding wind protection (not included in the set).
