Filter Aquamira Frontier Max Multi-Function Backcountry Plus
Aquamira Frontier Max Multi-Function Backcountry Plus is the unique most versatile tactical filtration system for outdoor use, designed for 120 gallons (up to 450 liters) of field use.
Patented UQC connection system UQC allows you to quickly connect the Frontier Max to Aquamira hydration systems.
Bite Me Frontier Max can be quickly converted to a filter straw with the patented valve.
The Aquamira Frontier Max system can be configured with any Series IV filter cartridge for use in emergencies, travel, and difficult field environments where access to clean water is a challenge.
The included Aquamira Series IV WorldWide (RED Line) cartridge is excellent for removing bacteria, Cryptosporidium and Giardia, bacteria, fungi, algae and mechanical impurities at flow rates up to 500 ml/min in the field.
It is certified:
- according to EPA standards to remove > 99.99% of viruses, 99.99999% of bacteria and 99.95% of protozoa in 120 gallons (450 liters) in the field
- IAPMO for the removal of protozoan cysts according to the standards of the US Environmental Protection Agency
- tested and proven effective in killing cyanotoxins such as microcystin and other biotoxins produced by algae
