Fingerboard UkrHolds - hand and finger training device for climbing and bouldering.
Its versatile shape and unassuming colour make it a harmonious element of the interior both in the gym and at home.
The fingerboard offers an imitation of large and medium-sized grips, has several pockets, and allows you to train passive grips.
Width, cm:  60.0 (23.6 in).
Fastening with M10 bolts with an internal hexagon - 2 pcs. x 60 mm (not included).
Material: polyurethane.
All Ukrholds products have been tested in accordance with European standards EN 12572-3:2008.
Available in the following colours: red, orange, yellow, green, light green, blue, blue, purple, dark grey (+10 EURO to the price).

Using the UkrHolds Fingerboard:
- Effective for home training.
- Allows you to stretch your hands before training or competition.
- It is best used on surfaces with a positive slope or close to vertical.

Recommendations for attachment:
- Only securely attach to a flat surface.
- Do not attach to convex/concave areas.
- Do not use an impact tool for fixing, as this may lead to destruction.
- Use M10 bolts with a cylindrical socket head for internal hexagonal fastening.
- Do not exceed the recommended tightening torque of the bolts when fastening to avoid breakage 35 Nm.

Recommendations for use:
- Do not drop on hard surfaces, as this may reduce their strength or break them.
- If sharp edges are found, they should be treated with sandpaper.
- Cleaning with cold water in a high-pressure cleaner without detergent is recommended.
- Clean with a soft-bristled brush.
- Do not use metal brushes, as this will damage the coating.
- Store in a dry place.
