Lifesystems Reusable Hand Warmer - hand warmers provide instant warmth on cold winter days.
Keep them in your gloves or coat pockets to keep warm on frosty days!
Simply press the metal disc and massage the gel pad - the gel crystallises to release heat instantly.
To 'restore' the crystallised pad to its original gel-like form, place the heating pad in a pot of boiling water and leave to simmer for 5-8 minutes until the crystals have completely dissolved.
Allow to cool completely before using.
