Climbing Technology Snappy WG silver - large pear-shaped aluminium carbine with automatic 2-stroke Twist-Lock coupling. The colour is silver.
Used in mountaineering, caving, industrial climbing and rescue operations.
Asymmetrical pear-shaped (HMS) shape ensures safe sliding of the rope through the carabiner, making it optimal for use with belaying devices
The large contact surface of the carabiner with the rope ensures optimum positioning of belay and descender devices and smooth rope sliding.
The two-stroke Twist-Lock provides automatic locking of the carabiner and is easy to open with one hand - first turn it clockwise and then open it.
Made of brass, the coupling does not freeze or wedge in conditions of heavy contamination of the equipment or frost.
The Catch-Free (KeyLock) system prevents accidental jamming and will not catch on other elements of the equipment.
The knurled surface of the coupling provides a secure grip with fingers or gloves.
Material - high quality Al alloy with an anodised surface that provides resistance to corrosion, chips and scratches.
