Carabiner First Ascent GOLIATH
First Ascent GOLIATH - a large, heavy triangular steel carabiner with a screw coupling.
It is used primarily for belaying during installation and other types of work in industrial mountaineering, as well as in amusement parks and during rescue operations.
The unique shape ensures easy manoeuvrability and prevents unwanted adhesion to other elements of the equipment.
The material is high-strength steel with excellent moisture resistance, resistance to deformation, corrosion, chips and scratches.
Design features of the First Ascent GOLIATH carbine:
- has a wide opening and a large internal space, which is well suited for placing a large amount of equipment;
- the design features of the carabiner minimise the risk of rotation and transverse load on the coupling.
The knurled surface of the coupling provides a good grip with fingers or gloves.
