First Ascent HELIUM Bent grey - lightweight aluminium D-shaped carabiner with curved wire latch without coupling. The colour is grey.
Very lightweight lower belay carabiner, often used as an auxiliary carabiner in rock climbing, mountaineering, promalpi and various work at heights.
The T-shaped cross-section of the carabiner bar and the wire latch help to reduce its weight without losing strength.
The wire latch facilitates rope insertion, does not move or wobble, and makes it impossible to open the carabiner in case of a sharp impact on a stone.
The material is a high-quality Al alloy with an anodised surface that provides resistance to corrosion, chips and scratches.
The latch with a grooved surface provides good grip with fingers or gloves.
