Petzl VULCAN TRIACT-LOCK - high-strength oval-shaped steel carabiner with TRIACT-LOCK with automatic TRIACT-LOCK coupling.
Designed for use in industrial mountaineering, construction and rescue operations in difficult conditions.
Its asymmetrical shape with a high load capacity is ideal for installing multiple anchors.
It has a triple-acting automatic locking clutch - this provides a three-stage locking and eliminates the risk of accidental opening and significantly increases safety.
The carbine locks independently, so it does not remain unlocked, which makes it impossible to open it by itself.
It can be used with the CAPTIV positioning bar to facilitate loading the carbine along the main axis, maintain its integration with the device and limit the risk of tipping over.
Key-lock latch system prevents the carabiner from biting into rope or other equipment
A convenient visual indicator in red, located near the coupling, allows you to determine whether the carabiner is locked or not.
The knurled surface of the coupling provides a good grip with fingers or gloves.
The Petzl VULCAN carabiner is available with two locking systems:
