Kovea 230 KGF-0230 is a gas canister that is used with all types of Kovea gas burners, cooking systems and lamps, as well as with devices from other manufacturers of the epi-gas standard.
The cylinder has a stable cylindrical base (d=11 cm), a modern sealing system and a standard structural critical pressure fuse in the form of a concave hemispherical bottom.
The internal screw connection of the Epi-Gas standard (11M1) is located on the valve from above the cylinder, which allows you to wind it both on the connecting hose and directly on the device.
The self-sealing valve (Lindal B188) allows you not to immediately use the contents of the cylinder, quickly disconnect gas appliances for transportation and storage, or change them as needed.
Balloon content - 4-season (winter) mixture of gases:
- IZOBUTANE, colourless with a faint petrol smell, ensures constant cylinder operation even with a small volume of gas, has a high calorific value and also behaves better in colder weather, evaporation temperature: -11.7 °C;
- BUTANE, colourless, odourless, produces 12% more energy than propane and is less toxic on combustion and correspondingly less harmful to the environment, evaporation temperature: - 0.5 °C;
- PROPANE, colorless, odorless (to make it easier to detect leaks, the added odorant - ethyl mercaptan), not poisonous to humans, has higher vapor evaporation in cold weather, evaporation temperature: - 42.1 °C.
Liquefied (liquefied) gas has a high volume expansion coefficient, so the container for its transportation or storage is usually filled to 85% volume. Cutridge is compatible with all types of gas appliances of all manufacturers of the epi-gas threaded standard.

- It is not recommended to carry out amateur refilling of the cylinder, since the manufacturer does not provide for their refilling
- Periodically inspect the fitting and valve of the device, removing dust or dirt that may interfere with tightness.
