Terra Incognita Grand 5 khaki is a five-person two-layer camping tent with a large vestibule with 2 entrances. The colour is khaki.
Grand 5 is a structure of four arcs located outside in special pockets on top of the tent, the bedrooms are suspended inside the already installed tent.
Thanks to the external arches and streamlined shape, the Terra Incognita Grand 5 tent is more protected from strong wind gusts and heavy rain.
Advantages of external arcs in tent structures:
- Speed of installation in the rain - first, the awning is put up, and then the inner tent is fastened under the cover, which remains dry
- The ability to fold and pitch a dry tent much faster - just take out (or insert) the arcs into the pockets on the tent
- The tent design is much more resistant to wind than a classic tent with arcs ‘inside’ due to the stronger tension of the tent and rigid fixation of the arcs
- The outer arcs pull the tent more tightly, so condensation rolls down the inner surface faster and does not flow into the sleeping compartment
- Thanks to the larger space between the tent layers, ventilation is improved and the amount of condensation is reduced.
