It is a three-arch model of the "hemispherical" design with an external arrangement of the frame and a spacious vestibule under a separate arch, which significantly increases its volume and increases the wind flow of the tent.
Advantages of using external arcs in tent designs:
- Convenience of installation during rain - the awning is first placed, and then the inner tent is fastened under the cover, which remains dry
- Ability to assemble and set up a dry tent much faster — it is enough to remove (or insert) arcs from (in) a pocket on the awning
- The design of the tent is more windproof than that of a classic tent with arcs "inside", due to a stronger tension of the awning and rigid fixation of the arcs
- The outer arcs pull the outer awning more tightly, due to which the condensate rolls down its inner surface faster and does not flow into the sleeping compartment
- Thanks to the external location of the arcs, the space between the layers of the tent becomes larger, which improves ventilation and reduces the amount of condensate
- Ability to install a tent without an inner tent and use it as an awning, warehouse, etc.
The material of the frame of the Tramp Space (V2) tent is Durapol (Durapol) - a high-quality reinforced fiberglass that is superior to fiberglass in terms of strength, durability and flexibility, has less residual deformation and a lower specific weight.
The use of Durapol arcs in the tent frames allows for a longer service life and allows the tent to be used in more severe conditions.
