Poles for Nordic walking Leki Micro Flash Carbon
Leki Flash Carbon are ultra-light fixed poles from the world leader in quality Nordic walking poles.
If you have Leki Nordic walking poles in your equipment, you can tackle the most difficult routes.
The Trigger Shark 2.0 (2-Component) is a patented shackle and grip that allows you to quickly adjust, put on and take off the poles, ensures optimal force transmission and simply prevents technical errors when the hand is in the backward phase of movement.
Shark 2.0 is a versatile multi-sport grip with excellent power transmission, and is also compatible with LEKI gloves with an integrated locking system.
Cork 2 Component - a handle coating made of a unique cork composite and two additional components, this unique combination of materials provides an optimal balance between lightness and strength and offers unrivalled cushioning and comfort.
Frame Strap Mesh is a lighter strap than previous versions with increased breathability, made of durable, breathable mesh.
Trigger - the loop for the system, which is located on the strap, has an additional elastic component that provides a wider range of motion.
Speed Tip - a lightweight asymmetrical hard metal tip mounted in a flexible holder avoids bending and fracturing the stick even if it is pinched, and the disc integrated into the holder effectively prevents the stick from sinking into soft soil.
Power Grip Pad is a rubber pad made of high-quality raw materials with additional vulcanisation, which significantly increases their wear resistance, it holds perfectly on wet asphalt and paving stones, as well as on gravel, and it is also silent - it does not "clatter" on hard surfaces.

How do I choose poles for Nordic walking?
Ski poles or any other poles are not suitable for Nordic walking.
The design should have certain specific parameters, tips, handles that were developed specifically for Nordic walking:
A replaceable tip:
- A cap in the form of a point - needed for moving on slippery surfaces, loose soil.
- The rubber tip is better to use when walking on asphalt, concrete surfaces, etc.
- The tip in the form of a rubber boot is for those who are starting to master this sport.
The handle should be of an ergonomic design - as comfortable as possible to grip without slipping.
The temlyak should fit snugly to the hand, but without excessive pressure on soft tissues, blood vessels and joints.
Choosing a stick for Nordic walking by height:
- You should choose a stick that is the right size for you, wearing the shoes you use for training.
- The length is calculated by the formula: a person's height is multiplied by a factor of 0.68.
ATTENTION! We can make a convenient case for your poles upon your request!
