How do I choose poles for Nordic walking?
Ski poles or any other poles are not suitable for Nordic walking.
The design should have certain specific parameters, tips, handles that were developed specifically for Nordic walking:
A replaceable tip:
- A cap in the form of a point - needed for moving on slippery surfaces, loose soil.
- The rubber tip is better to use when walking on asphalt, concrete surfaces, etc.
