Tilting device Petzl Steff for Petzl Nest (until 2020)
Petzl Steff is a special tilt device for levelling when lowering and raising Petzl Nest stretchers manufactured before 2020.
The device connects the three connection points of the Petzl Nest stretcher and allows them to be easily tilted according to the terrain.
It has three connectors - Petzl Am’D Triact-Lock carabiners with a Petzl Captiv positioning bar (art. M093AA00), which automatically lock the connection points and a rotating element - Petzl Swivel (art. P58) for precise orientation of the stretcher.
The design allows you to easily orient the stretcher horizontally, vertically or at an angle.
In the horizontal position, the stretcher is fixed using a Petzl Sm’D carabiner.
The orientation is easily identified by color coding.
The tilting device can be easily used with the universal compact Petzl Jag System hoist (art. P44).
