he Aircontact Trail System back design with a flexible Delrin frame easily adapts to any back shape, optimally distributes weight and provides effective load control.
The main compartment is tightened with a drawstring and closed with a buckle flap.
There is also a frontal U-shaped entrance with a zip that provides easy access to the main compartment, even when the flap is closed.
Very comfortable anatomically shaped straps are lined with 3D AirMesh mesh material and are adjustable in length.
The elasticated front pocket can be used for a helmet, map, etc.
Compression slings are integrated into the front pocket, and there are also attachments for telescopic poles and an ice axe.
An elasticated side pocket for a flask or thermos and a side flat pocket can hold a lot of small items.

Made without PFAS
This Deuter backpack is made without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals, which are harmful to the environment and health.
PFAS are often used as rainproof coatings because they are water-repellent, dirt-repellent and grease-repellent.
Instead, Deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which is harmless to health and environmentally friendly.
