Double progression lanyard Petzl Jane-Y

Petzl Jane-Y is an unregulated self-insurance made of dynamic rope.
Double cord with whiskers 30 and 60 cm long, which provides a continuous connection when climbing the rope.
Plastic shells keep the carabiners in position and facilitate their connection, while protecting the ends from abrasion. 
It can be combined with the Petzl Absorbica® jerk shock absorber to make a single double energy-absorbing self-insurance.
Petzl Jane-Y Features:
- two whiskers of different lengths made of dynamic rope; 
- long whisker for attaching Petzl Ascension rope clamp;
 - short mustache for connection when passing intermediate anchors;
- stitched loops at the ends of self-insurance are stronger than loops formed by knots, in addition, they are smaller in size; 
- loops at the ends with plastic shells that stabilize the carabiners and protect the rope from abrasion;
- the Petzl Stuart accessory provides attachment to the closed ventral attachment point of the Petzl Astro insurance system;
- a place for individual marking to be tracked over its lifetime.

Attention!  Designed for use below the attachment point.
Self-insurance is not a jerk shock absorber and cannot be used in this capacity if a failure with a jerk factor greater than 1 is possible.
