Single lanyard with integrated energy absorber Petzl Absorbica®-I Vario

Petzl Absorbica®-I Vario is a single sling with a built-in compact energy absorber.
Designed for advancement on a horizontal railing (rope or cable) or on an elevated platform, without passing intermediate anchors. 
Equipped with a Vario adjustment system, allowing the sling length to be adjusted from 70 to 167 cm (without a connector) to adjust the potential drop height.
It has several options for connecting to the harness and can be used with different types of carabines.
Features of Petzl Absorbica®-I Vario:
- absorbs energy in the event of a fall by gradually tearing the tape, which limits the impact force on the user;
- the very compact design of the energy absorber does not interfere with the user during movement;
- designed for a user weight of 60 to 140 kg;
- bag with simple opening system;
Installation options, depending on use:
- frequent connection/disconnection: with the carabine held in the correct position by the STRING positioning accessory;
- semi-permanent connection: with the Petzl Ring Open locking ring, the round shape of which ensures optimal positioning;
- has two options for attaching the end of the cord: a carabine with a clutch or a Petzl Mgo Open carabine with a large gate hole.
