Sleeping system for military personnel ROCK FRONT RiyMSS-2t
ROCK FRONT Tytan MSS («Military Sleeping System») is an updated version of the unique modular sleeping system “Riy MSS-2” for the military from the Ukrainian manufacturer.
The system, developed specifically for the military as part of the “Ri” - “Military” Sleeping System Charitable Foundation project, is a joint development of the «Ri» Charitable Foundation and the «ROCK FRONT» travel equipment brand.
Developed with the participation of climbers, tourists, military personnel and tested in combat conditions.
The system is designed for military recreation with a height of 170 to 195 cm in full equipment, it allows you to sleep comfortably under the open sky without the use of awnings, tents, etc.
The Tytan MSS consists of a warm winter sleeping bag and a diaphragm bivouac bag (protective cover, biwi) that protects against rain, snow, dirt and wind, the elements can be used together or separately, depending on weather conditions.
The protective cover "bivi" made of membrane with indicators of 10000mm/10000 g/m²/24h and hermetic seams provides reliable protection against moisture and wind, preserving “breathable” properties and prevents overheating, the camouflage of cartoons guarantees effective masking in the field, the unique design of the water protection bar does not allow water to pass inside and diverts it through special channels during heavy precipitation.
Internal anatomical sleeping bag with modern Termoloft insulation effectively retains heat up to -15°C (you can sleep in clothes at even lower temperatures), Termoloft is a light synthetic filler made of hollow fibers, made in Ukraine, has good heat-saving properties, compresses well and quickly restores shape.
There is enough free space inside the system, which allows you to sleep comfortably, even with equipment, the zipper on the sleeping bag unfastens to the very bottom, simplifies the process of entering and leaving, if it gets too hot during sleep, you can open the lower part or completely unfold the sleeping bag as a blanket.
With buttons, it is easy to connect the sleeping bag and the beavie into a single system - this prevents them from twisting, and the simple design allows you to open the system in one movement, the buttons, fasteners and fasteners are suitable for use in gloves and resistant to wear.
A «D-Lock» system that connects the sleeping bag and cover runners and allows you to close/open the system in one move.

Recommendations for using a sleeping bag:
- The sleeping bag is designed for use together with a bedding - a tourist mat, which provides insulation of the body from the cold surface of the earth.
- Each time fold the sleeping bag into the shipping bag chaotically — this will protect the insulation from stalling and extend the service life.
- It is recommended to wash the sleeping bag as rarely as possible, according to the manufacturer's recommendations and with the help of appropriate means, using the liner will help you wash the sleeping bag less often.
- At any opportunity, it is recommended to dry the sleeping bag in the field, before long-term storage and once every six months, it must be well dried and ventilated.
- You need to store the sleeping bag in the loosest possible, non-compressive state —, this will extend the service life of the insulation, it is even better to store the sleeping bag in a special mesh bag.
Recommendations for using a protective cover:
- We advise you to use a protective cover only if necessary - when it is raining, snowing or in conditions of very high humidity.
- Under other conditions, to preserve the breathable properties of the system, we advise you to partially or completely open the protective cover and use it as a footprint (lower protective layer) to protect the surface of the sleeping bag from dirt and damage from beloGuarantees.
The warranty period is 1 year.
If a brand product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge at our sole discretion.
This warranty only covers original, unaltered and unmodified products and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, weather conditions (wind, rain, fire, animals, etc.) or natural fading of colors and materials.
This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other damages arising from any defect in the product.
Damages not covered by the warranty may be repaired at a reasonable cost.
Recommendations for use
- The sleeping bag is designed to be used with a sleeping pad - a camping mat that insulates the body from the cold ground.
- Fold the sleeping bag into the transport bag randomly each time - this will prevent the insulation from falling off and extend its service life.
- It is recommended that you wash your sleeping bag as little as possible, following the manufacturer's recommendations and using appropriate detergents, and using a liner will help you wash your sleeping bag less often.
- It is recommended to dry the sleeping bag whenever possible in the field, and be sure to dry and ventilate it well before storing it for a long time.
- Store the sleeping bag in the most fluffy, non-compressed state - this will extend the service life of the insulation, and it is even better to store the sleeping bag in a special mesh bag.
Warranty
The warranty period is 1 year.
If a branded product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge at our discretion.
