Petzl Maestro^® S - a universal descending device with a built-in clamp block, designed for technically complex rescue operations.
The versatility of the Petzl Maestro will help rescuers adapt to different situations: the device simplifies the work when lowering and lifting heavy loads, can be used as the main device or for an additional belay system.
Petzl Maestro S works with ropes of smaller diameter (10.5 - 11.5 mm) than Petzl Maestro L mm (12.5 - 13 mm).
The transition from lifting mode to lowering mode is instant, there is no need to transfer the load from the rope, the ergonomic handle will help to make a smooth and controlled descent.
The built-in large-diameter roller, mounted on sealed ball bearings, ensures high lifting efficiency.
The lower attachment point for creating various types of pulley systems, a hole in the handle for installing a rappel cord and remote control.
The AUTO-LOCK system automatically locks the rope when the handle is not used, after locking the rope can be selected without additional manipulations.
The large diameter built-in roller is mounted on sealed bearings for maximum efficiency and rotates in one direction only.
If necessary, you can use the built-in additional brake on the device.
The marking on the device will tell you how to properly install the rope.
