The inner layer of Coolmax hydrophobic polyester quickly wicks moisture away from the surface of the foot.
The middle layer of Tencel eucalyptus fibres absorbs moisture and provides ventilation.
The outer layer is made of nylon to increase wear resistance and prevent blisters

Materials
Red-Cycled Nylon
The outer layer of socks should be made of a material that has increased wear resistance, cushioning properties and a long service life.
Such material is Red-Cycled nylon yarn made entirely from fishing nets that have reached the end of their useful life in the fishing industry, so instead of becoming a hazard at the bottom of the sea, they are recycled to give life to new nylon yarn.
This continuous fibre yarn is strong and provides good cushioning, withstanding wear and tear better than any other fibre on the market.
Lorpen socks use a nylon layer for extreme loads located over the entire area, and for moderate loads - in the friction zones.
The strategic placement of the nylon in the outer layer of the socks guarantees a long service life.
Coolmax ® EcoMade
Polyester Lycra fibre which, thanks to its ribbed inner structure, is very effective at wicking sweat away from the skin to the outside of the sock.
Provides the same long-lasting cool feeling as Coolmax®, but is 97% recycled to protect the environment.
Tencel ®
A brand name for fibres manufactured by Lenzing AG.
Tencel® is one of the brands of viscose fibres, but differs from conventional viscose fibres in that it is made from sustainable wood, usually eucalyptus wood.
The fibre is characterised by good moisture wicking and breathability, which makes it comfortable to wear in different climatic conditions.
Tencel® fibres are naturally biodegradable, which reduces the environmental impact of this fabric at the end of the product's life.
Lycra ®
It is very important for socks to be able to take the anatomical shape of the foot of any size, without the formation of folds that lead to chafing on the feet.
Lycra is the best elastane yarn on the market, the material of Lorpen socks contains up to 10% stretch nylon with lycra.
The elasticity of Lorpen socks is provided by stretch nylon, with an inner elastane layer and a nylon coating.
The percentage and quality of stretch nylon determines the high elasticity and durability of the new sock.
