The new fibre from Lorpen used in the T2 models comes from Unifi® and is a 100% hollow-core polyester made from recycled plastic bottles.

Red-Cycled Nylon
The outer layer of socks should be made of a material that has increased wear resistance, cushioning properties and a long service life.
Such material is Red-Cycled nylon yarn made entirely from fishing nets that have reached the end of their useful life in the fishing industry, so instead of becoming a hazard at the bottom of the sea, they are recycled to give life to new nylon yarn.
This continuous fibre yarn is strong and provides good cushioning, resisting wear and tear better than any other fibre on the market.
