Technology of thermal socks Lorpen X3UTP T3 Ultra Trail Running Padded
T3 is an exclusive technology with three different yarn layers that maximises the performance of each yarn type and provides maximum benefit to athletes.
- The first layer, the inner layer, made of Coolmax polyester, quickly wicks moisture away from the surface of the foot.
- The second layer, made of Tencel, a cellulose fibre from the eucalyptus tree, is highly absorbent.
- The third layer, the outer layer, is NILIT® INNERGY with Nylon and Lycra, which provide durability and a perfect fit to the foot, and natural mineral additives according to LorpenNRG technology.
LorpenNRG technology - in the nylon layer that gives the socks their strength and durability (NILIT® INNERGY layer), the heat generated by the human body during exercise is converted into infrared (FIR) radiation, which reflects off the skin for additional comfort, allowing you to withstand additional stress due to improved oxygen absorption and reduced lactic acid production.
NILIT-ENERGY is a nylon layer with a special natural mineral that converts the thermal energy generated by the body during exercise into far-infrared radiation directed to the skin.
This technology has been scientifically proven to withstand the highest loads.

Materials
Tencel ®
Tencel is one of Lenzing AG's viscose fibre brands, which differs from conventional viscose fibres in that it is made from environmentally friendly wood, usually eucalyptus.
The fibre is characterised by good moisture wicking and breathability, which makes it comfortable to wear in different climatic conditions.
Tencel® fibres are naturally biodegradable, which reduces the environmental impact of this fabric at the end of the product's life.
Coolmax ®
A polyester fibre that, thanks to its special structure, effectively wicks moisture away from the skin surface and immediately evaporates it outside the fabric, thus protecting the body from overheating and leaving the skin dry, it holds its shape and is perfectly elastic.
Coolmax fibres are antibacterial and enriched with silver ions, which neutralise microorganisms and thus prevent unpleasant odours.
Nylon
Nylon, or polyamide, is the world's first synthetic fibre.
Its most prominent feature is its exceptional strength, abrasion and water resistance and, as a result, high durability, 10 times that of cotton and 20 times that of wool, and it is also stronger than polyester.
In the production of socks, nylon is usually blended with other materials to give strength and elasticity.
In Lorpen socks, a nylon layer is used for extreme loads, located over the entire area, and for moderate loads - in friction zones.
The strategic placement of nylon in the outer layer of the socks guarantees a long service life.
Lycra ®
It is very important for socks to be able to take the anatomical shape of the foot of any size, without the formation of folds that lead to chafing on the feet.
Lycra is the best elastane yarn on the market, the material of Lorpen socks contains up to 10% stretch nylon with lycra.
The elasticity of Lorpen socks is provided by stretch nylon, with an inner elastane layer and a nylon coating.
The percentage and quality of stretch nylon determines the high elasticity and durability of the new sock.
That is why Lorpen socks retain their fit even after prolonged use and numerous washes.
That is why Lorpen socks retain their snugness even after prolonged use and numerous washings.
