Leki Khumbu Lite AS are durable and reliable poles with the DSS shockproof system for mountain and hiking.
They have 3 sections made of high-quality high-strength aluminium alloy, combine high mechanical properties, light weight and ease of use.
Speed Lock Plus is a length adjustment system that operates with an external clamping mechanism, it is 27% smaller than the conventional SpeedLock, 35% lighter, while withstanding the same load and providing the same compression force.
The Dynamic Suspension System (DSS) is a vibration-absorbing elastomeric structure that reduces impact forces by up to 40%, thereby relieving muscles, joints and tendons.
Aergon CorTec - ultra-lightweight ergonomic trekking handle made of a combination of rubber and natural cork, the handle tilts forward by 8 degrees to ensure anatomically correct hand position, shocks and impacts are absorbed more effectively.
Lock Security Strap - an ultra-lightweight, adjustable strap with a locking mechanism allows for good airflow and provides perfect comfort.
Trekking Basket - removable rings with a diameter of 45 mm, holes are made in the rings into which the tip of the second pole is inserted for folding. Replacing the rings with other rings, such as snow rings, does not require the use of additional tools.
DSS Tip - a durable tungsten carbide tip (Mohs hardness 9) provides a good grip on almost any surface, especially hard surfaces (granites, limestones), this tip should only be used with the basket ring.
The matte lacquered finish of the sections, all processed coatings and printed inks are free of compounds containing heavy metals and harmful AZO dyes.
When folded, the poles are 67 cm long, which makes them easy to fit into most suitcases, backpacks, etc.
