Trekking poles Leki Micro Vario Carbon
Leki Micro Vario Carbon poles are lightweight and reliable poles for mountain expeditions, short marching trips and day trips.
They have 4 sections of rigid carbon, combine high mechanical properties, light weight and ease of use.
To connect the sections, a heavy-duty Kevlar thread is used with an ELD spring eccentric clip.
Speed Lock 2 - the external locking system can withstand a longitudinal load of at least 80 kg (confirmed by TÜV SÜD, Germany), it is 30% smaller than the conventional SpeedLock, 25% lighter and 20% stronger, the clamp is made of aluminium and plastic, which makes it very light.
Aergon Thermo Long Grip - an elongated handle that insulates most of the upper segment of the stick, covered with a very lightweight porous soft EVA material with a rounded surface for comfortable walking downhill, the handle tilts forward by 8 degrees to ensure an anatomically correct hand position, shocks and bumps are absorbed more effectively, the unique hollow core technology combines a lightweight design with large support surfaces that meet the ergonomic requirements of your hand. The presence of cavities inside the handle reduces its weight by more than 30%.
Lock Security Strap (Skin) is an ultra-lightweight, breathable, locking wrist strap that provides perfect comfort and enables quick release of the hand in a dangerous situation.
Trekking 2.0 - removable rings with a diameter of 45 mm, holes are made in the rings into which the tip of the second pole is inserted, for transport in a folded form, replacing the rings with other rings, for example, snow rings, does not require Flex Tip Short (⌀ 9 mm, length 80 mm) is a durable tungsten carbide tip (hardness 9 on the Mohs scale) mounted in a flexible holder that provides a good grip on almost any surface, especially hard surfaces (granite, limestone).
When folded, the sticks are 38 cm long, which makes them easy to put in any suitcase, backpack, etc.
