Clamp Petzl Tiblock

Petzl Tiblock - compact, ultra-lightweight emergency clamp made of stainless steel.
It consists of a steel cam with inclined teeth.
It is used for rope ascents and emergency belay systems or as a replacement for a gripping device or knot.
It is compatible with single ropes with a diameter of 8-11 mm with a round or oval carabiner and a rod diameter of 10-12 mm.
The clamp design is designed to automatically press the carabiner to the rope and ensure tight contact of the clamp teeth with the rope.
The sloping teeth combined with self-cleaning slots allow the clamp to be used on icy, wet or heavily soiled ropes.
The upper part has a cover made of durable, bright plastic for easy grip when using it as a rope clamp.
The upper part of the body has a small hole for tying a lanyard to hold it, which prevents the loss of this cam.
Special markings on the body of the clamp will help you to install it correctly.
Certified in accordance with CE EN 567 (specifies safety requirements and test methods for rope clamps used in mountaineering, climbing and mountain tourism) and UIAA (International Union of Mountaineering Associations) safety requirements.
