The Aquamira Frontier Series IV GRN Line Backcountry Filter is designed to be easy to use, lightweight, compact and reliable.
Frontier GRN line filtration is achieved using electropositive absorption technology - сharged microfiber fibers "pull" bacteria-sized microorganisms out of the water flow while maintaining a high flow rate and low pressure drop.
The GRN line of filters have been rigorously tested in independent laboratories and proven to consistently remove the most protozoan bacteria and the most protozoan cysts in accordance with ANSI/NSF-53 and US EPA standards without the use of sanitizing chemicals such as chlorine, bromine or iodine.
The addition of sub-micron carbon particles to the filter media increases the absorbency required to reduce chlorine and harmful chemicals in water, eliminating unpleasant tastes and odors in accordance with ANSI/NSF-42 standards.
Frontier GRN Line filters provide excellent biological protection, high throughput and long life in a compact, lightweight and easy-to-use cartridge.
