Descender device Beal Air Stop Descendeur black
Beal Air Stop Descendeur black - a descender with an auxiliary lock designed for industrial mountaineering. The device provides easy manipulation of the rope with increased control and auxiliary locking during the descent.
The device can be used with static ropes with a diameter of 9 to 12 mm.
Suitable for long descents (up to 180 m), providing a quick stop if necessary.
The descender remains attached to the harness when installing the rope.
The control lever has been extended for more stable control of the descent.
The automatic braking system has an anti-panic function with two locking positions.
The descent speed is controlled by holding the free end of the rope with your hand.
Due to the bending of the rope in only one plane, the device practically does not “twist” the rope.
It is possible to climb the rope without changing the position of the device when using the pedal and the ascender.
The rope installation diagram is printed on the device.
